Photographer (heirs, licensees, assigns, legal representatives, those for whom the Photographer is acting, as well as all persons or corporations acting with his permission) owns the copyright, moral rights and all other intellectual property rights to the Media, with right of commercial use and lawful disposition of any manner. Photographer has the unrestricted right and permission forever to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish Media of Model in whole, in part, composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or transformations in conjunction with Model’s given or fictitious name, or reproduction thereof in color or otherwise, made through any and all media now and hereafter known, for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade or any other commercial or non-commercial purposes whatsoever. Photographer also has the right to use the Media in conjunction with text and other images.

Model may use the Media for purposes related to the promotion of the Model’s business. This includes but is not limited to: printing, advertising, portfolios, composite cards, exhibitions, contests, and promotional websites. Model relinquishes any right to examine or approve the completed product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction with the Media or any use to which the Media may be applied. Model may not sell or transfer publication rights of any of the Media without the Photographer’s prior written consent.

For video, model will not receive any files but accredited with links to their social media. In the case of Instagram, model will be tagged as a collaborator. 

Photographer has the moral right to be identified as the author of the Media when copies of the Media are presented to the public, and Model shall communicate this to publishers, designers, and other third parties acting on the Model’s behalf to create any materials using the Media. I do not watermark my images, however anytime that my images are used on social media (i.e. Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc) please TAG me in the images and CREDIT me in the description.


Model releases and agrees to hold Photographer harmless from any claim of liability in connection with the publication or use of Media in any manner or form, unless it can be clearly shown that the forgoing was maliciously caused, and produced, and published solely for the purpose of subjecting Model to conspicuous ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn, and indignity.
Model affirms that all poses, positions and situations enacted in the Media covered in this release were entered into without coercion, force or threat, and were posed freely by Model with Model’s full consent. Model is fully able to contact in his/her own name without breach of any prior agreement or applicable law, including but not limited to prior agreements with modeling and talent agencies.

Model and Photographer affirm to have read this contract prior to its execution and agree to the contents thereof.
